Format of Sessions

All sessions will have a duration of 90 minutes. Although we leave the format of the sessions up to the speakers, we strongly encourage all speakers and session organisers to also have an open, informal and conversational style to foster participation, dialogue and discussion. Audio-visual equipment will be available at the conference for PowerPoint presentations. When submitting your abstract you can choose between the following formats.

Individual Presentations

Each session will consist of three individual presentations followed by a discussion. The session will be divided equally between the presenters.

Interactive Discussions

One presenter or a group of presenters organise and facilitate an informal interactive discussion on a topic. When submitting your abstract, organisers need to provide a summary of the topic area.

A group of presenters organise and facilitate a session that includes individual talks on a common topic followed by a discussion. When submitting your abstract, organisers need to provide a summary of the Symposium topic.
